1.2 BUYER
The individual or legal entity who creates an account and makes a purchase on the ECOM STUDIO platform.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service (balance for AI-powered video and image generation) whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the SELLER's website.
3. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
Product Type: Digital Content (Platform Balance)
Description: Balance that can be used for AI-powered video generation, image generation, and editing services on the ECOM STUDIO platform.
Delivery Method: Instant digital delivery to user account upon payment confirmation
Validity Period: Balance is valid for 61 days from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified in the package details)
Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD and charged in TRY based on the official Turkish Central Bank (TCMB) exchange rates at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content delivered instantly in non-physical form, where the consumer has expressly approved the commencement of performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Important: Since balance is digital content delivered instantly to your account upon payment, and you have expressly waived your right of withdrawal by accepting this agreement during checkout, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to balance purchases. Once balance is added to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
